IASH Australia

Membership

Who can become a member of IASH Australia?

If you are an Australian sales house or ad network, you can apply to be audited by ABC within six months of your application. Once you have passed the audit, you then achieve certification and become a full member of IASH Australia. For more information on becoming a member, click here

What does being a member of IASH Australia mean? What about those companies who aren’t members?

If you have achieved full membership status of IASH Australia, this means that you fully adhere to the Code of Conduct and have passed an ABC audit within the past 6 months, thus sending out a message to advertisers and agencies that you are trading responsibly with a dedication to best practice and industry-wide transparency. Many agencies and clients now insist on IASH Australia accreditation for suppliers.

Those organisations who are not members of IASH Australia are unable to claim any association with IASH Australia, however we would recommend that any Sales House trading in Australia should contact us to establish how being a full member can further reinforce their professional integrity to clients.

Can a company claim a formal association with IASH Australia if they are an applicant, or currently undergoing audit?

No. In order to promote greater transparency IASH Australia has abolished its applicant member status, which meant that any company could apply and claim IASH membership without having passed an audit. The new process means that a company can only claim full member status once an audit is passed and this must be taken within six months of the initial application.
